Code of Conduct

 

Drugs, alcohol, and any other substances that may impair workers are strictly prohibited on the job site. Workers are required to wear the proper safety gear while on the job site including: safety goggles, gloves, and safety vests. Hazards in or around the job site, including loose power cords, tools, ladders, access points, debris, and/or any other hazardous objects, are to be identified and dealt with accordingly to ensure the safety of workers and the general public. Job sites and material and/or tool staging areas are to be cautioned off.

SAFETY


Always greet clients, coworkers, and business partners with a smile and make them feel comfortable when speaking to you. Identify any questions and/or concerns they may have. Ensure that they are up to date on any changes and/or delays promptly via email, phone, or direct interaction.

SERVICE


Job sites are to be cleaned at the beginning and end of each work day without exception. All personnel will look professional and easily identifiable by wearing a company shirt and/or a safety vest if needed. Materials will be stacked neatly in designated staging areas and caution taped at all times. Any garbage from lunch or throughout the day will be disposed of either in a dumpster on the job site or at home. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the job site.

CLEANLINESS


In order to uphold our high standard of quality, always ensure workers are using the correct tools for the job, the condition of the materials being used is in excellent shape, and the craftsmanship of the final project is without any flaws. Make sure that the job is done right the first time so that all parties involved are fully satisfied with the final product.

QUALITY


Calendars are to be updated daily. Prior to commencing any work, provide notices to all parties involved in the job including the office, any affected residents, and workers. In the event of unfavorable weather, changes to the work scope, or any emergencies that may arise, promptly update any parties involved. Notification is to be documented and schedules set forth are to be strictly adhered to.
